As a THREE-TIME Stanley Cup Champion, let's take a look back at Kris Letang's legendary Pittsburgh Penguins Career.

Since being drafted 62nd overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 2005 NHL Draft, Kris Letang has won three Stanley Cups (2008-09, 2015-16, 2016-17) over the course of 17 seasons with the Penguins. Letang made his NHL debut Oct. 5, 2006, against the Philadelphia Flyers, and scored his first NHL goal a few days later against Henrik Lundqvist of the New York Rangers in a 6-5 win. Check out Kris Letang pot his first NHL goal below.

2007-08: As a rookie in 2007-08, Letang had six goals and 17 points in 63 games, and averaged 17:07 of ice time throughout 16 Stanley Cup Playoff games to help the Penguins reach the Cup Final.

2008-09: In his second full regular season, Letang recored 33 points (10 goals, 23 assists) in 74 games. Letang followed up with four goals and nine assists in 23 Stanley Cup playoff games, scoring a crucial overtime goal in Game 3 of the conference semifinals vs. Washington despite playing injured. Letang's OT goal pushed the Penguins to the Stanley Cup Final, resulting with the Pens hoisting the Cup for the first time since 1992.

2009-10: Coming off a Stanley Cup win, Letang recorded 3 goals, 24 assists and averaged 21:34 ice time per game over 73 regular season games.

2011-14: Unfortunate injuries limited Letang to 86 games from 2011-13, and in 2013-14 he missed 10 weeks after suffering a medical emergency on Jan. 29 that limited him to 37 games.

2015-16: Bouncing back with 67 points, Letang recorded 16 goals and 51 assists in 71 regular season games, averaging a team-high 26:57 of ice time per game. Letang's ice time increased to an outstanding 28:53 during the playoffs when he potted 15 points (3 goals, 12 assists) in 23 games to help Pittsburgh win another Stanley Cup. Letang was also named to the NHL Second All-Star Team for the second time in his career.
