Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account (after the launch of the program on October 3rd, 2022 at 3:00pm EST). Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the Rewards Page to get started.
Are my auction purchases eligible for points?
Unfortunately the rewards program is only applicable to purchases made through our website (frameworthusa.com). Auction purchases will not accumulate points, nor can points be used towards auction purchases. While we are currently evaluating the potential incorporation of our rewards programs to auction purchases, we have no concrete plans to do so at this time.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the Rewards Page. On your birthday we will send you a special gift and dedicated birthday email.
How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
Please note: At the launch of the Frameworth Loyalty Program, tiers were calculated based on the previous year of spend from the launch date (October 3rd 2021 - October 3rd 2022). Any purchases made prior to that date were not factored into the initial calculation.
How do I redeem my points?

How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is easy!
Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
How do points convert to dollars?
Our points are valued at an exchange rate of 1000 points = $10, with point redemptions only being eligible to take place in $10 increments.
Higher tiers in the program can earn points at a quicker rate, but the redemption will always be 1000 points = $10 Off. Points are earned for every $1 you spend, for example if you spend $100 on our website, you will earn 100 points.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. If the tier that you have crossed into has exclusive coupons, these codes will also be included within the email. Keep in mind that coupons cannot be used in addition to the redemption of points.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn't receive it?
Happy Birthday! We're so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. For you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That's the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online and through seasonal sales.
What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for referring your friends and family, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday!
In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn shipping perks, exclusive access to coupons, launches, promotions, and personalized product!

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in store?

How do I apply a referral discount?
If you've been referred by a friend: Click their referral link to receive a unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up when the page loads. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $30 discount. Please note: your order must total at least $300 before taxes, and cannot be applied against certain specialty products including, but not limited to: discounted items, deal of the day, mystery boxes, The Tragically Hip, other corporate partnership programs.
If you've referred a friend: Once they complete their first order, you'll get an email confirming your $30 reward has been added to your account, which you can check on by logging in here! To use your referral reward: On your next order, you can apply your points in checkout via a drop-down on the cart page.
Please note: we cannot retroactively apply referral discounts to previous orders.
Can I use my referral discount with another promo code?
Per our terms, only one discount is applicable per order so you will not be able to apply your referral discount with another discount code.
