Important Information regarding the Frameworth Rewards Program
Frameworth would like to inform those customers who have taken part in our Rewards Program since it first began in 2022 that the program will be coming to a close as of December 31st, 2023. Frameworth is offering this opportunity to rewards members to exchange their current eligible point balance in their rewards profile for a coupon that will be eligible towards future purchases for up to one year.

What this means: Following the end-date of December 31st, 2023, the Rewards Program will no longer be active, and the established tiers and rewards offered therein will be deactivated. Points will no longer accumulate for applicable purchases, and rewards customers’ point balances will expire. Please note that current participants in the program will still have the opportunity before the end-date to redeem any unused points. Coupon codes redeemed in exchange for points will remain active for one year past the end-date of the rewards program until December 31st 2024.

This means that provided participants redeem their rewards by the end date, no accumulated points over the course of the program will go to waste. Standard rules surrounding the coupon codes created still apply.

Please note that no further points will be accumulated on purchases or bonus offers such as birthdays and referrals as of December 15th, 2023. We recommend that all customers with points balances check their customer profile for applicable reward redemptions as soon as possible, as no redemptions will be allowed and access to member profiles will no longer be possible following the closure of the Rewards Program.

Redemption Process:
Rewards members are encouraged to take advantage of their points balance before the closure of Frameworth’s Rewards Program on December 31st, 2023 by converting your points into coupon codes for use on future purchases.
Not sure how to do this?
It’s simple!
- Log into your Rewards account or your Frameworth store account using the e-mail address you selected when you signed up.
- Scroll down until you see your rewards points balance, and click “Redeem Now”
- Find the coupon balance available to you based on your points total (i.e. $10 off, $30 off, etc.) and click “Redeem.” Note: you can only select “Redeem” for the available redemption awards based on your current point balance.
- Once selected, the “Redeem” button will change into a coupon code. You can copy this code for later use by clicking the “copy” icon, or you can write it down. While you should also receive an e-mail notification with the coupon code included, we would recommend making a note of the coupon code at this stage in case the e-mail gets stuck in your spam filter.
- Please note that these coupon codes expire 1 year from the date of redemption and follow the same restrictions as previous code redemptions through our Rewards Program as outlined in our FAQ and/or Terms of Service.
